Welcome to Design & Make Romania ("the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or registering for our community platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

  1. Membership and Eligibility
    Membership in Design & Make Romania is one hundred percent free. To register and participate, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  2. Independent Autodesk User Group Disclaimer
    Design & Make Romania is an independent, community-driven user group. We are not legally affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially representative of Autodesk, Inc. Any use of Autodesk trademarks, product names, or logos on this platform is for identification and community discussion purposes only and does not imply official backing or partnership with Autodesk, Inc.

  3. User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property
    Members retain full ownership of any intellectual property, designs, code, scripts, or content they upload, share, or publish on Design & Make Romania. By posting content, you grant Design & Make Romania a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content strictly within the operational scope of the community platform. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share any content you post and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

  4. Limitation of Liability
    All advice, tutorials, troubleshooting tips, files, and suggestions shared by community members are provided on a peer-to-peer, as-is basis without warranties of any kind. Design & Make Romania, its moderators, and its administrators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, project delays, or software instability arising from the use of or reliance upon information or materials shared within the community.

  5. Termination of Account
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Design & Make Romania at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use or our Acceptable Use Policy.
